Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP):
- SNAP is a food assistance program that provides monthly funds on EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) cards to purchase food. You can access more fruits and vegetables when you use your EBT cars at participating farms and famers markets through the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP). Check your edibility and apply for SNAP here.

Women, Infants, & Children Nutrition Program (WIC):
- WIC is a nutrition program that provides healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and other services, free of charge, to Massachusetts families who qualify. Check your eligibility and apply here.
